Brian Fennelly founded C-View Advisory in December 2025, after 27 years across banking, investment and Big 4 corporate finance advisory — most recently as a Partner in Deloitte's Corporate Finance practice. 

 

Over that career Brian has advised on and executed corporate finance transactions with an aggregate value in excess of €5 billion — working directly with owners, CEOs and CFOs of family-owned, corporate and private equity backed businesses on M&A, capital raising, refinancings/restructurings, strategy and deal negotiation and structuring.
